Description

Gourmet stroll along the Semois river with 5 tasting stops offered along a 6 km route.
On the menu:
-Semois Cocktail, smoket trout, gaumais pâté, soup
-Spring bite - fusion cuisine - tea
-Croquettes with Orgeo Cheese and/or Semois ham
-Carpaccio of lighty confited trout, refreshed with relish and extra virgin olive oil (option: Rochehaut beer)
-Homemade half brussels waffle, scoop of ice cream, strawberries, chocolate sauce and whipped cream
