In the heart of the Ardennes, nicely located between Semois and Gaume, Herbeumont is the perfect starting point for many interesting discoveries: the Orval Abbey, the medieval fortresses of Bouillon and Sedan, the historical furnaces site "Fourneau Saint Michel" close to Saint-Hubert, Bastogne with its museum of commemoration related to the 2nd world war and – of course – a return to the inspiring Herbeumont fortress.
