In the « Sanglochons » farm in Verlaine we discover the hybrid that is the sanglochon, half-pig and half-wild boar. Its specificity is due to the fact that its « dad » or « grandad » is always a male wild boar. During your visit you'll explore a three-part museum teaching you about the salting, smoking, manufacturing, fermentation and drying processes. And of course you'll have the pleasure to discover the house's specials.
